just finished reading lynch on lynch edited by Chris Rodley. although the book includes several good indices with detailed cross references (e.g. films by lynch, ads by lynch, exhibitions by lynch and a brief bibliography and index on all movies mentioned in the book, the hungarian edition even includes a list of all hungarian publications on lynch), but i still miss an important one, so here it comes :-
